Crown Jewel Winners

Every quarter, nominations for the crown jewel are collected from Howry employees and are reviewed by Senior Mangement. After two winners are chosen, the victors receive a cash prize along with a traveling wooden crown that they get to hang at their particular house/site.
This quarter, our two winners are Aaron DeRoy and Shannon Brown.
Aaron is a behavior specialist over at Mica and was nominated by his co-worker Kim. She commended him on his patience, attention to detail, improving client health, and for his overall positive and respectful demeanor.
Shannon Brown was nominated by her Program Director Jamie. Jamie mentioned that she is nurturing, goes the extra mile to support her clients, and finds ways to assist her clients better.
Aaron and Shannon, we are so thrilled that you are on our team! You demonstrate exactly what it takes to be a Howry employee and are a shining example of what we look for in a staff member! Thank you for all that you do.
