Administrative Staff
Jennifer joined Howry Residential Services in 2002 and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. She has over 20 years’ experience working with individuals with brain injury, mental health disorders, and intellectual and developmental disabilities, primarily in the field of corporate foster care. Jennifer received her Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services and is a Licensed Psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Tami joined Howry Residential Services in 2003 and currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer for our home-based services to clients with physical disabilities, developmental disability, traumatic brain injury, and mental illness. Having worked in the social service arena for over 20 years, Tami has a broad skill set and is adept at creating home environments that successfully support individuals with a wide range of needs. Tami holds a degree in business management.
Kelly has been with HRS since 2000 and currently holds the position of Human Resource Manager. Having over 16 years of social service experience, Kelly has held a variety of roles including house administrator, program coordinator, and administrative assistant. Before joining Howry Residential Services, Kelly pursued a degree in nursing at St. Paul Technical College.
Beth joined Howry Residential Services in 2011 and currently serves as the Director of Unit-Based Services. She has over 12 years experience working in the behavioral health services field. Beth desires to know each of her employees so that she can match them well with incoming referrals. She has received her BA in human services.
Jen joined Howry Residential Services in 2004 and currently serves as one of our Regional Directors. She has over 15 years experience working with both individuals who have acquired brain injuries, developmental disabilities, and mental health issues as well as the staff who work with them. Jen enjoys getting to know the individuals with whom she works and finding ways to assist them in living the lives they wish to live. She received her BSW in social work.
David joined Howry Residential Services in 2006 and currently serves as the Training Director. He has over 20 years experience in the disability community ranging from day program staff and direct care to supervision and speaking engagements. David thrives in challenging situations with a passion for delivering solutions that meet business needs. He received his BA from Concordia University, St. Paul in Organizational Management and Communication.
