Sarah Gordon

Sarah has been with HRS since 2009 and currently works with Behavior Solutions doing Behavioral Analysis, Family Counseling, and Independent Living Skills counseling . Sarah has worked in homeless advocacy/case management; domestic violence crisis counseling and advocacy; and transitional housing case management. Sarah received her MSW from the College of St. Catherine/University of St. Thomas and a BFA in dance and choreography from the California Institute of the Arts.

David Hadlich
Training Director

David joined Howry Residential Services in 2006 and currently serves as the Training Director. He has over 20 years experience in the disability community ranging from day program staff and direct care to supervision and speaking engagements. David thrives in challenging situations with a passion for delivering solutions that meet business needs. He received his BA from Concordia University, St. Paul in Organizational Management and Communication.

Ranya Hutchens

Ranya graduated from Dakota County Technical College in 2012 with an AAS in practical nursing. She has worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse at HRS since October 2012. In addition to supporting our clients and staff at our programs, Ranya is a gifted instructor of Medication Administration and Medical Equipment Training classes. Prior to her current position, she worked as a stay at home mom for almost 10 years. Ranya’s early career experience as a direct support professional and CNA give her valuable insight as a trainer.

Jennifer O’neill
Chief Executive Officer

Jennifer has been with HRS since 2002 and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. She has over 20 years’ experience working with individuals with brain injury, mental health disorders, and intellectual and developmental disabilities, primarily in the field of corporate foster care. Jennifer received her Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services and is a Licensed Psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Behavior Professional

Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a Master’s degree in Social Work from St. Thomas University. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been a Behavior Professional for HRS for over 4 years. Previously worked with Department of Veteran’s affairs giving presentations to Mental health professionals on how to work with veteran specific PTSD as well as PTSD with co-morbid TBI.
