During this class, participants will be presented with a variety of topics, including basic cooking terms, tools, and methods. Special diets will be discussed, along with basic nutritional needs, label-reading, serving sizes and basic food prep and storage. Class participants will be guided through all stages of meal planning – from prepping, shopping, and purchasing to the virtual preparation of the finalized meal.
