Program Administrator

Tami joined Howry Residential Services in 2003 and currently holds the position of Program Administrator for our Metro programs. Having worked in the social service arena for over 20 years, Tami has a broad skill set and is adept at creating home environments that successfully support individuals with a wide range of needs.  Tami has earned a degree is in business management and has also obtained Certified Brain Injury Specialist certification.

Support Services Administrator

Kelly has been with HRS since 2000 and currently holds the position of Support Services Administrator.  Having over 16 years of social service experience, Kelly has held a variety of roles including house administrator, program coordinator, and administrative assistant. Before joining Howry Residential Services, Kelly pursued a degree in nursing at St. Paul Technical College.

Jennifer O’neill
Chief Executive Officer

Jennifer joined Howry Residential Services in 2002 and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. She has over 20 years’ experience working with individuals with brain injury, mental health disorders, and intellectual and developmental disabilities, primarily in the field of corporate foster care. Jennifer received her Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services and is a Licensed Psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Senior Program Director

Jolene started working in adult foster care in 1999 as a direct care professional, and we were happy to welcome her to Howry Residential Services in 2002 when she opened up a new home as a Program Coordinator. She soon after moved into a Program Director role, and most recently, Jolene was promoted to Senior Program Director. She oversees the Community Residential Settings in our southeast region as well as the Heart of the Village Adult Day Program. Jolene has a Bachelor of Art’s Degree in Human Services and a minor in Family Studies from Metropolitan State University.

Pete Rohde
Chief Financial Officer

Pete has been with HRS since 2005 and currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer.  Having over 30 years of experience in accounting and financial management fields, Pete’s work experience includes the retail, financial services, and human services industries.  He graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a B.S. degree in Accounting and has also earned his CPA certification.
